15 weeks

Our growing baby now measures about 4 inches long, crown to rump, and weighs in at about 2 1/2 ounces (about the size of an apple). It's busy moving amniotic fluid through its nose and upper respiratory tract, which helps the primitive air sacs in its lungs begin to develop. It's legs are growing longer than it's arms now, and can move all of it's joints and limbs. Although the eyelids are fused shut it can sense light. There's not much for our baby to taste at this point, but it is forming taste buds. Finally, if we were to have an ultrasound this week, we would may be able to find out whether your baby's a boy or a girl! But we won't be having an ultrasound until August 24th! Sorry we will have to wait.

I found out today that our baby will be a Capricorn! (if all goes according to plan)

I'm feeling well, still tired a lot. I'm starting to develop my baby bump and my clothes are very uncomfortable! Thank goodness for summer dresses!

We are starting to look into deciding what to put in our nursery and researching the best products! It's all very exciting! Thanks for reading!
